Yes—please complete both the Enrollment Form and Terms & Conditions first. By paying, you confirm you’ve submitted both forms and agree to our policies.

The base package price includes travel up to 15 miles from Bettendorf, IA. If you’re farther than 15 miles, there’s a $15 fee for each additional 15 miles per session.
Example: 30 miles away = $30 per session. For a 6-session package, that adds up across all sessions. If you know your distance, you can add the Travel Fee at checkout (increase quantity as needed). -
You’ll get an email receipt from Stripe. I’ll follow up (usually within 24 hours) to confirm your class start date or private session time. If you haven’t filled out your forms yet, please do that right away so we can finalize your booking.

Life happens! Please message me at least 48 hours before Week 1 of a group class, or 24 hours before a private session, so I can do my best to reschedule or transfer you.
If something comes up within 24 hours, text me—we’ll figure out the next steps together! -

Yes—payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on my site. You’ll receive an emailed receipt immediately.
